the interiors showed beautiful details. the staff seemed attentive. i found the breakfast wonderful , including fresh fruit and pastries. the room featured an exquisite design.

genuine kindness perfect facility personal touch
the staff showed excellent warmth and genuine kindness i felt they prioritized guest needs above all else the facilities were impeccably maintained and attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel lilibet made my stay special with very nice service and a personal touch.
i noticed slight condensation on the windows one morning obscuring the view a bit.

i found the staff very attentive. my room included a desk area with larger bathroom. i got free breakfast through a amex program that tasted delicious. the christmas decorations added to the beautiful english decor.
i noticed some condensation on the windows , made it difficult to see the view clearly.

upgraded room spacious bathroom delicious breakfast quick greeting
i was greeted quickly upon my arrival and escorted to my room. the butler described the room features and helped me settle in. i received an upgraded room that had a desk area and a larger bathroom. i also received complimentary breakfast that was delicious.
the eagerness of some staff compromised the sense of privacy i value.
